Please take into consideration that our meals are produced in a facility that also uses milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, and sesame. While we uphold the highest standards of food safety, you should order with caution if you have a severe allergy. 

We source local and organic ingredients whenever we can, including from our chef's private gardens. We are also striving to partner with local farms and homesteads that are committed to sustainability.

For meals that require reheating, because each meal is unique, instructions for preparing each meal for consumption is listed on the product label, as well as the online product page.

Our heat & eat meals have a refrigerated shelf-life of about 5-7 days, as every meal is made from scratch with no preservatives or additives used to extend shelf-life. Be sure to enjoy or freeze meals before the "use by" date provided on the label.

While we always recommend enjoying our meals fresh upon delivery, our heat & eat meals can be stored in your freezer, if done so by the "use-by" date on each meal's label. When you are ready to enjoy your meals, be sure to thaw them completely in the fridge prior to reheating.

Yes! You can certainly customize your orders within reason. Leave us a comment in the notes section of the checkout cart detailing what you would like to substitute along with any allergies you may have.

We reserve the right to decline substitution requests if they are not practical for us to fulfill. If such is the case, we will reach out to you personally prior to processing your order and payment.

Depending on availability and seasonality of ingredients, each month we may offer speciality or promotional items.

Delivery & Shipping

Yes! We offer local delivery.

Local delivery is available for locations within a 15 mile radius of area code 19468. Orders over $50 are delivered for free, and orders under $50 are charged a $10 delivery fee. 

Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am to 12pm and 6pm to 8pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you prior to delivery. 

Yes! You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at NexTier Nutrition located at 332 Main St, Royersford PA, 19468.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our local pickup hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Yes! We offer nationwide shipping within the United States! We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. 

Given the limited shelf-life of our perishable products, due to the lack of added preservatives & additives, we only offer 2-day shipping on perishable products.

Shipping & handling on perishable products is tiered as follows: Order value ($) / Shipping fee ($):

<$20 = $5

$21 - $50 = $9

$51 - $75 = $12

$76+ = Free

USPS First Class Package and USPS Ground are additional options available for non-perishable products. Rates are calculated at checkout.

We use dry icepacks and insulated boxes to help guarantee freshness when your order arrives at your door.

How Long Does It Take To Process Orders?

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, processing times may exceed 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are postal service problems beyond our control.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@holmestylefoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

The minute you place your order we get to work sourcing ingredients and preparing your meals. As such orders for heat & eat meals cannot be cancelled. Meals from cancelled orders will be donated to families in need.

All other products can be cancelled within 24 hours.
