My love story with food started at the age of 10, standing on a milk crate to wash dishes at our family-owned pizzeria in Lansdale, PA, and by 13, I was operating as a line cook. Prior to opening HolmeStyle Foods, I worked my way up from line cook to Sous Chef and eventually to Executive Chef, at several golf courses, taverns and local fine dining restaurants. While employed at one of the premier wedding venues in southeastern Pennsylvania, I catered over 300 weddings along with golf outings, graduation parties, baby & bridal showers and smaller private dinners. In addition, in my experience at fine dining restaurants, I had the opportunity of leading food service for high volumes of daily customers with very specific and varied needs.

However, I have always dreamt of starting my own business to unleash my culinary creativity, and as my wife would say, genius with flavors that elevate any meal.
