How do I earn points?
You earn points through purchases and engagement activities:
- Pantry Member: 5 points per $1 spent
- Flavor Insider: 7 points per $1 spent
- Chef's Circle: 10 points per $1 spent
- Share us on Facebook: 50 points
- Leave a product review: 100 points
- Like us on Facebook: 50 points
- Follow us on Instagram: 50 points
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Keep engaging with us through purchases or social actions to keep your points active.
VIP Tiers
What are the reward tiers?
We have three tiers based on your total spending:
- Pantry Member: $0+ (starting tier)
- Flavor Insider: Spend $500
- Chef's Circle: Spend $1,000
Once I reach a tier, do I keep it forever?
Yes! Once you achieve a tier, it's yours for life. You don't need to maintain a minimum spend to keep your status.
What are the benefits of each tier?
Beyond accelerated earning rates, each tier unlocks special perks:
- Pantry Member: $10 birthday reward
- Flavor Insider: $15 birthday reward, Early Access to Drops
- Chefs Circle: $20 birthday reward, Exclusive Partner Rewards
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on select products based on your VIP tier:
- 500 points: Free Pantry Essential item
- 1,000 points: Free Flavor Vault item
- 2,500 points: Free Chef's Table item (3 full-size products)
Can I use points on any product?
Redemption options are tier-specific and apply to designated collections. Check your rewards dashboard to see what's available at your tier.
Can I combine my loyalty discount with other promotions?
No, loyalty rewards cannot be stacked with other discounts or promotional codes.

What happens if I return an item?
Points earned from returned purchases will be deducted from your account. Points used on returned purchases will be returned to your account.
